Bio
Donna has been building amazing teams for over twenty years. Her passion is connecting people so that they can inspire and learn from each other and building great workplace cultures. These passions have resulted in a knack for successfully scaling businesses. Her previous experience growing Ignia from 22 to 120 consultants and more recently for Readify has demonstrated that culture creates growth every time.
Donna regularly speaks about business growth, diversity and culture development and is a Committee member for Women in Technology WA (WiTWA), Organiser of NodeGirls Perth and Women who Code Melbourne, Beacon foundation mentor and Tech Girls are Superheroes judge.
Donna is also the CEO of SHOUTOUT which is a simple recognition platform designed to help companies create a culture of gratitude.
Mentoring
Donna has mentored formally for AHRI (Australian HR Institute) and Beacon Foundation. She has informally mentored throughout her career and has personally had both formal and informal mentors. She is always looking for opportunities to both learn from others and add value to others.
